Aggregate 340,200 square meters of commodity y sales volume of newly built residential house averaged 540 units, increasing about 30% from 413 units a week ago, shows statistics by gz.focus.cn, a local real estate site.
On the other hand, 327,500 square meters or 2,755 units of forward delivery houses were sold in Beijing, dipping 5.4% and 14% from 346,200 square meters and 3,195 units in the previous week, according to bjfdc.gov.cn, a real estate transaction management site in the city. |
