Gahood Villa, bordering Yosemite, Capital Paradise, and the International School of Beijing at Shunyi, is conveniently located along the Wenyu River. With easy access to Jingcheng Expressway, Jingshun Road and the Airport Expressway, it takes only 20 minutes to get to the Lufthansa business area on the 3rd Ring Road of Beijing.
   Although Gahood does not have many facilities on its own premises, tenants can pay to use the many amenities at the clubhouse of Capital Paradise just across the street. As one of the earliest villa properties in the Central Villa District, the single family homes can be great rental bargains (especially considering its proximity to the ISB) in an area with high rental rates.
